Conveniently located within 12 miles north of New Market, Maryland, our facility is easily accessible and close to a variety of overnight accommodations for out-of-area visitors.
Parking & Access
Our gated parking lot offers over 200 parking spaces, with designated loading areas available to assist with the removal of larger purchases. Easy access and efficient logistics are a priority at every auction.
The Auction Room
Our spacious auction room comfortably seats more than 150 attendees, providing a welcoming and professional environment. Concessions are available at all auctions and may include breakfast, lunch, light fare, and snacks.
Offices & Processing
An attractive and professional reception and registration area welcomes consigners and bidders upon arrival. Private offices and meeting spaces are available for consultations, and our on-site research library supports accurate identification with reference materials covering art, furniture, and a wide range of collectibles. Secure processing and storage areas ensure items are handled with care throughout the auction process.
Security
The facility is protected by 24-hour video surveillance, with cameras covering both the building and parking areas. Motion detectors are strategically placed throughout the property, and for higher-end auctions, additional security staff are present to ensure added peace of mind.
Staffing
All auctions are staffed exclusively by Johnsville Auction House employees who are trained in customer service and auction operations. Our team is available throughout the event and after each auction to assist buyers with purchases and logistics.
Hours
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, as well as during scheduled auctions.
Auction and Inspection times may vary, but will be advertised accordingly.
