Johnsville Auction House is a modern facility both indoor & outdoor with all of the amenities to prepare and sell all categories of personal property, antiques, and art.

Location: We are located within 12 miles N of New Market, Md. The immediate area also offers various overnight accommodations.
Parking: 200 plus parking spaces in a gated parking lot. Loading areas are also available for removal of large purchases.
The Auction Room: Our auction room can seat over 150 attendees in a comfortable environment. Concession is available at all auctions including breakfast, lunch, light fare and snacks.
Offices & Processing: An attractive and professional reception/registration area welcomes consigners and bidders. Staff offices and meeting areas are available for private consultations. The research library, important to accurate identification, contains many reference books on everything from art to furniture and obscure collectibles. The processing area offers secure storage.
Security: The facility has 24 hour security monitoring with cameras in the facility and parking lot. Motion detectors are also strategically located throughout the building. For higher end auctions, security staff are in attendance.
Staffing: All auctions are staffed by Johnsville Auction House employees who are trained in customer service and are available after an auction’s conclusion to help move purchases.
Hours: Office Hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and during auctions.
